      the first part of the education part before you start working is alot more fun! Fun if you enjoy problem solving

      Very stressfull and alot of focus on having high stats, being as fast as possible. Some costumers are slow and/or rude. Bad programs in work making stuff slow and unreliable

      That’s not what we're aiming to hear, but please know we’re always going to listen because when it comes down to it, that’s how we learn and improve. We think we have something pretty special at Concentrix and we've gotten here by being open to change. So, thanks for your feedback. We’re definitely down to switch things up.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
