The trainer/sup was very unprofessional and we were force to sit there and listen to him rant on about this personal life and about his boyfriend. The training material and reference guides are very vage, not very helpful with doing the actual job. And they play with your pay, I have yet to receive the pay for the full hours that I worked. And there is no way to communicate with anyone about this issue by phone only by email and no one never replies to your emails.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
