      - Lack of communication between all layers of management and their employees resulting in distrust, fear, or just indifference. - Nepotism is key for advancement on onsite jobs. Not skills or experience. - Complicated and stressful job with a focus on quantity instead of quality. - Revolving door, people start with hopes and expectations and then they leave within 6-12 months due to the conditions as the employees do not feel valued or supported in their roles. - If you are a remote worker you can forget about any opportunities for career development. - Lack of any team spirit overall, it is mostly a collection of individuals trying to get by.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
