Absolutely none! Terrible company, terrible managerial staff.

By far one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. I had to take leave for a planned surgery that the company knew about before I even accepted the role, was made to feel terrible about having to do this then on my return to work I was put under immense pressure to meet well above targets as my time off affected the ratings. Managers are extremely rude and after handing in my notice I have spent 6 months trying to have my work from home equipment returned by a courier which still hasn’t been organised despite countless emails. I was then BILLED for this equipment despite the obvious paper trail I have showing my efforts. Upon asking for a contact address for payroll to have this resolved I am being IGNORED. They are also ignoring reference requests from new potential employers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
