      The people I work with have always been good to me. Very understanding and flexible with my PTO. I have a lot of health concerns and its been incredibly friendly. The benefits have been good and on all levels are accessible after the 90 days.

      The pay, while not minimum wage, is not enough to live on. Yearly raises are laughably small with the excuses of "low profit margins" for a company that made the Fortune 500 list last year.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
