      Not entirely in CNX but maybe the LOB. Most of the LOB esp the one we handled was so delicate and the system issues. Most of the time leaders asking for a report that wasn't under our scoop

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
