      -no experience needed. -9 to 5, no one talks to you after hours.

      -They are manipulative, liars, gaslighting. -Strong "call-center" vibe - you reached your daily goal? they will ask for more. -each department get different treatment and if you are not lucky you will be treated like garbage while your friends sitting 1 min away from you getting better treatment for the same kind of work.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
