      it's a good pay for people would like to start first career in social media marketing, they give all training needed

      the salary for higher positions are not good and in the same time the give you 1 years limited contract then another year before you got the unlimited

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
