      not much to say. it is not recommendable.

      micromanagement, employees are nothing but numbers. poor management style, zero actual respect for those doing the hard work. lack of professionalism. terrible work life balance, no option to work from home. lack of clarity in terms of role contents from the start. false advertisement to lure people in. high turnover.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
