Job security is great, cause there are people leaving every month due to improper management

Can't state one, there are multiple, immense stress provided by reporting Manager's, forced to give more hours than what we're getting paid for, in one day we have 24 hours out of which 14 hours we give to the company, which lacks work life balance, random ways to torture employees are always implemented, no appreciation ever done for a job well done but expected to always give more with the same salary, increasing workload in every possible way and stressing people out, basically extracting as much as they can from the employees that do work and are somewhat having responsibilities to cover bills and everything, they're exploited due to companies like such.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
