Bellow average pay comparing to market salary They are in the business for 15 years and didnt grow, Actually the CEO doesnt want to do extra work to grow the company, He only need the company to fill his pockets. Harass, Pressure and curse their own employees I hear CEO is yelling and Cursing his delivery manager. They say they do Agile but they dont, Actually they dont implement any of the software methodologies at all. I worked for all levels of companies (Start ups, medium scale and Large scale) but I havent seen such a worst company in my career

Flexible for work from home for senior employees. Good learning curve with latest technologies. Flexible for work time. Nothing much.

Small company that never grew. Not attractive infrastructure Micro management Project requirements and timeline not managed properly Never paid for overtime Zero employee satisfaction
