Here at CP, we strive to create a supportive and transparent environment for all of our employees, and it is always our intention to handle any clearance or security-related matters with clarity and respect.
As stated in the terms of employment, certain roles within our company require obtaining and maintaining clearance as a condition of employment. We recognize the challenges that can arise when these requirements are not met, and we do our best to support candidates and employees throughout this process. Unfortunately, in some cases, we are unable to proceed without the necessary clearance.
Please know that we value our employees and their families, and we are truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations but as you know we have an obligation to our Federal Government customers to provide them with qualified and cleared resources.
