You will be forced to give support on weekends without pay 7. Pathetic work life balance 8. Team lead don't have manners how to talk to subordinate they scold u in front of entire team rather than taking u to team room and tell u r mistakes. 9. Notice period of 3 months is not at all justifyable. 7 days are enough for me to transfer my knowledge. 10. Exit process is really pathetic. On last working day they will tell you what KT is pending from u r side and when u resign, suddenly manager and team leads starts behaving rudely with you. 11. Because of my team lead, 3 people resigned but still no action against him just because he is old employee of company
