Micromanaging medical director, detached senior leadership, inefficient daily scheduling filled with no-shows, unconfirmed visits, and excessive drive times, divisive operational and engagement team and leadership, constant staff turnover, little clinical support paired with a huge amount of liability, and an overall toxic, corporate, burnout culture

Has a great view of what should be happening in medicine, with moments that matter, aging in place, keeping patients out of the hospital.

Svantaggi

This is a company with unrealistic goals. They expect tasks to be completed including extensive documentation without the time to do so, not enough driving time to see the patients. There is so much education that Im not even doing medicine anymore. Poor management, that trickles down to poor schedules and poor patient and employee satisfaction.
