Apps have little to no autonomy, scheduling staff lie and place visits to "fill the day", much of the companies activities and direction to "capture diagnoses" borders on fraudulent claims building to increase patient risk. There is intense pressure to make patients "coda/palliative " despite not actually qualifying. The business is driven by the pes/engagement team which often misleads patients to garner enrollments for large bonuses. Patients are disillusioned by a program that used to promote wellness and sustained outcomes.
