Going to be honest, only pro here was that fact that we had snacks which they then stopped providing.

I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the last option on earth. They treat their employees terribly — it’s honestly disgusting. Management’s, and their little crew all create a toxic, disrespectful environment. They seriously need a wake-up call, because at the rate they’re going, this place is bound to shut down, and when it does, none of them will have anything to show for it. I wasn’t there long, but I can promise you I’m not the only one who feels this way — plenty of others would back me up on this. I only see this place running for a few more years IF that the way they got things set up.

The overall system in place at Concise is broken and inefficient, making it nearly impossible to do your job effectively or provide the level of support the clients truly need. There’s no real training, poor communication from leadership, and constant micromanaging from supervisors who seem more focused on control than collaboration. The environment feels like a modern-day slave ship—staff are treated like rowers expected to push endlessly without support, and the moment someone crashes from stress or burnout, they’re thrown overboard and replaced. Leadership—including the owner and head of marketing—don’t acknowledge staff, and the culture is cliquey, cold, and high-schoolish, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The benefits package is expensive and offers little real value, making it hard for staff to justify staying long-term.
