There’s no real training, poor communication from leadership, and constant micromanaging from supervisors who seem more focused on control than collaboration. The environment feels like a modern-day slave ship—staff are treated like rowers expected to push endlessly without support, and the moment someone crashes from stress or burnout, they’re thrown overboard and replaced. Leadership—including the owner and head of marketing—don’t acknowledge staff, and the culture is cliquey, cold, and high-schoolish, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The benefits package is expensive and offers little real value, making it hard for staff to justify staying long-term.
