I felt the passion the owner has about the mission and purpose of the organization. Some companies that I have worked with have made me feel as though I am just an employee, and all they cared about was billing but no here. They genuinely care about their staff and make us feel as though we are all equal. I have never seen so much empathy for the clients who are rendering services.
