This firm is a team of seasoned pro's who know their stuff, so you're working with smart people. It's a mix of on-site and remote; employees have been spread as far as Texas to Montana to Florida. Management is willing to invest in (relevant) training courses and certifications, so the value of the experience here outlives the employment. As consultants, we're given wide latitude to complete our engagements, and trusted to deliver with minimal supervision. But management will step in to defend consultants if something goes awry (just be honest about it).

Nurturing the culture of a physically disperse organization is difficult; ours is hard to discern. Does stem from a lack of regular, rather than sporadic, company-wide meetings. Also, being a small firm, there's not really any opportunity for advancement. No fault of mgmt; just the nature of a firm of this size. We have to grow before further career paths become possible. And the company happy hours suck - it's BYO for remote employees!

Cannot say enough good things about Conducive Consultant. Senior leadership was extremely engaged with all employees. A rare combination of a fast paced environment providing extraordinary growth opportunities with engaged leadership, there to guide you when needed. A family friendly group from the top down. Everyone recognized the importance of family and never so much as scoffed at the idea of taking time to be with family. An EXCELLENT place to work!
