It’s a verrrrry fast moving environment where expectations are high, but that means you have real ownership of your work and output. Leadership trusts people to execute, good ideas move quickly, and there’s a shared sense that everyone is building toward something bigger/important. We all want to win and support each other doing it. If you want to grow in your career, this is an awesome place. You will learn a lot, fast. The work can be demanding at times, but it’s an energizing environment.

This is still a startup environment -- some days you're going to put in some serious hours, but it's worth it :)
