Over 30 years with the last 3 under Conduent split off as a new company. Immediately started selling off poor performing entities which is fine but didn’t invest in thriving entities from a technological and quality employee retention standpoint. Reaping the losses of those decisions today as they continue to lose business from long time client entities. Two CEO so far. Vemuri was a disaster and Skelton doesn’t know what he is doing. He is being pulled around by the Icahn organization. Don’t expect this company to be around in a couple of years. This is the pro. Potentially any talent that’s left will be acquired by an entity that understands how to treat employees and give them a career path that rewards and grows their skills.
