      Working ​from home. Great first job for someone with No experience. Just get the experience and run.

      Disorganized. You can tell they do not value their employees. The pay is terrible. No one from HR ever came in to discuss benefits with my new hire class. We had to research EVERYTHING in our spare time. The training was the worst I've ever experienced. Trainer was immature and spent more time cracking jokes the explaining content. No hands on because they had no training programs and the one we did have we rarely used. I feel like I got conned by excepting this offer and wish I had pursued another avenue. Stuck looking for another job so that I can leave ASAP

      Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

      Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
