Most people are very nice. If you like working at home, that is an option for many. I have learned a lot here. But since Conduent.....what a mess! Do NOT leave any reasonably good job to come here for a better opportunity. It is NOT (right now, anyway). I am sad to say all of this. ....I have been here many years.

Choas. A mess. Very stressful. Morale is terrible. Layoffs are constant - people left do not have the resources to complete their assignments. Productivity enhancements / processes / tools are in infancy stage (much less been tested) -but they have cut staff in advance of these launches anyway. This is not fair to the "lucky" people who still have jobs here. At least one crisis a day is normal.
