Leadership continually shows it does not care about its employees. They denied us basic needs--clean water, ice, paper towels for days, weeks, months...kitchen faucet was down for weeks, so no way to clean our lunch dishes or wash our hands. Vending machines constantly failed and were down for extended periods, bathrooms broken and taped off...the grounds are very poorly maintained. Dead grass, trees and beds not serviced, trash everywhere. The office space itself was disgusting...old carpet that is badly stained and should have been replaced years ago. Conduent shows a basic lack of concern for people, with every emphasis on profit. Management doesn't engage with the team at all. I'd be surprised if they knew people's names. All this on top of pay that's not competitive in the least.
