Turn over rate is at an all time high for senior leadership, no proper IT/IS dept to work through technology issues day to day, resources and support is extremely limited, everyone is being stretched very thin and no one holds accountability for things falling through the cracks, leadership passes the buck and points the finger... filthy break rooms and work environment, empty promises of compensation/ raises, supplies are limited/ non existent, unprofessional employees, no incentive or business perks, company does not host a holiday party or any type of get together outside of the dirty office through out the year to show employee appreciation. If an outing is put together the company will not sponsor, you will be responsible for any money spent. Unfortunately, other than a paycheck this company has absolutely nothing to offer. If you are looking for a place to ground yourself and grow this is not the place.
