They pay you for the time you work in training calling it a “Bonus” and then take it out of your last payslip if you decide to leave before 6 months which you might when you realize what an unhealthy working environment that is. They offered different benefits and then changed the conditions saying I must have misunderstood! I was particularly careful about this because I liked my previous job and chose this one over it because of its promises. It even took a longer recruitment process because second interview was for a particular department that had this schedule. The environment was messy and there was a lot of people quitting at that time but I left because it was triggering panic attacks and the management would pressure you by asking if you were done having a panic attack while it’s happening. The day I’ve had my covid vaccine shot early in the morning I got very sick throughout lunch time and asked to leave but they didn’t let me, said I would not be paid for the entire day even the hours I had done already if I left and it would count as unjustified absence because I was already there and didn’t give notice. So there’s a “penalty” for getting sick. After all it was making me sick so I decided to leave. They asked me to send a letter to un-quit because they needed the people urgently and I spoke 3 languages which would help them. Their promise was to review and keep their word in the conditions. Then I came back, and realized once again it was very unhealthy for me to be there so I quit again and gave proper notice, guess what? They didn’t pay me, stating that it was the payment for training they were taking back. But off course the tax contributions for that “extra” payment were also deducted by them. Thing is, it wasn’t extra, it was my salary of 3 weeks.
