There are brilliant and motivated people here, with great co-founders/leadership team made up of thought leaders in the streaming space. It feels like a start-up that has found its groove and is scaling process & people at the right time, having identified and demonstrated customer value as a company and platform. The day-0 training and materials provided are excellent and expectations are perfectly clear. I feel like I have what I need to execute effectively. Just bring a customer-centric mindset, passion for data streaming, and some intrinsic motivation.
