No culture, high expectations with minimal reward for hard work, the best of leadership was quick to leave (I had two great mentors while I was there and they both left when it was clear there was nothing good happening at Cone anymore), no room for growth and the second you mentioned starting a family you got the cold shoulder from management. Leadership had no strategic vision and ability to adapt to changes in the industry were too slow for what clients expected.
