The CEO(s) and board are responsible for the company strategy that has sunk the company. It is headed for bankruptcy. i feel sorry for the rank and file that has stayed around and will now have to look for jobs in Orange County. Terrible CEOs, board and senior executives over the last 10-15 years were responsible for drving a good company down. Unfortunatefly a lot of them filled their coffers. I wont be surprised if the current CEO tries to blame the former management for the state of the company. Not entirely true he had a hand in the current and former management.
