no on-line training. if you wanted to be trained, you have to travel to (at your expense) any training session. hotel and food covered, but still. if you wanted a refresher, or even a needed "motivational" reminder on how best to sell the company to prospective customers, there was no support, i had no one. training always held in southeast US, no waiver from this. and to attend their annual meeting, where even more training took place, you had to qualify. no support here. i felt lost from day one. i went to a competitor who offered on-line training. what a difference!!!! i actually use this example in my sales calls to customers.....the "24-7/365 assistance when we need it. granted, this 24/7 is presentation and selling advice, but still....it helped alot and the customers are impressed.
