Company has a vision of growth which is good but no direction on how to grow. 1. People I worked with are supportive and respectful. 2. Challenging projects which kept your skills up to date with the industries. 3. Employees are very knowledgeable and professional when talking to clients. 4. I really enjoyed to "go-getter" attitude from the employees when during project implementations 5. Engineers have the passion to learn and grow their skillset.

Sr. Management needs training on how to manage employees and not only technology. Confiz is technology focused but lack people managerial skills. CEO's vision and priorities when passed down stops at SVP level, lower management staff are lost in the shuffle and the information is not trickled down to employees. Changes to company polices are not communicated to employees and if written, its hidden in some SharePoint page for employees to go seek out. Offboarding formalities needs improvement. You can be released without notice and without any severance package 1. PTO is a use it or loose it. If you're let go by the company or put in your resignation; Confiz will not reimburse you for any unused PTO even when stated in employment contract. 2. Company does not offer severance package upon termination. Hard working employees who have paid their dues to the company are terminated without prior notice upon termination and are forced to deal with the change in environment without any support. 3. No HR presence in the US. HR policies for the USA are structured on the polices in Pakistan. HR in the US have little or no say and lack employee involvement. 4. Very heavy on Sr Management due to the companies vision of growth but struggles in supporting mid-level management to engineers who will support the growth. 5. Sr. Management lack discipline and knowledge on how to manage employees. I had to send several emails and meeting to my reporting manager to discuss growth and performance and hardly received any feedback. He only showed up in meetings to show "stamp of approval" and hardly worked on action item for the success of the team. 6. Recently did an organization restructure but rolling out the changes had no direction and was rolled out recklessly which left employees scrambling to adjust to the changes without direction.
