Honestly, the only good thing about working here is Esri APAC. Not the Confluence side.

Please do not be fooled by all the good reviews. It’s their own management trying to lift the rating up. Honestly truth, better choose EPS over Confluence if you want to work in Esri Apac. They are not bias, and the pay are better. Doing the same thing, but you are being paid more and you get a 1 month bonus (no real bonuses for Confluence staffs) For staffs under Confluence, no matter how good your performance is they will only choose and pay more on who they like. (FDT). Very toxic environment. No matter how much you give feedbacks to Confluence, in the end they will bite you, by giving you low pay or low increment. Even the Esri management are afraid on them, which is funny because Esri Apac are the client/providers. I honestly wish, Esri Apac can be stern with Confluence. In a way, kick out Confluence for their bad treatment on the staffs. Get a better HR to manage Esri Apac staffs.
