The public sector management across the board is toxic. They speak to their employees like they are 10 years old and not 6 figure paid sales people with years of experience. The micro management is like nothing I have ever experienced before. Daily emails reminiscent of DOGE, weekly one on ones, two weekly team meetings and they have you use excel to manage your accounts instead of SFDC so you get to have an excel walk through meeting once a week too. The management has driven out at least 3 people in 7 months and I know more are unhappy. I cannot speak to the commercial side but DO NOT come here for public sector until they have new management.
