      The headline probably says it all, Confluent has a great technology with Kafka and the Confluent components. Engineering is really a strong part of what the company does and this shows with our push into the cloud across all three major players: GCP, Azure and AWS. There's a lot of latitude for growing your career and the people you work with are very smart (way smarter than me!!) yet humble so they don't brag about being smarter than me! LOL

      We are a global company, yet too US centric. I work remote in the APAC region and wish things were a bit more World-focused.

      Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
