Invest in your career and have a lot of great people to collaborate with. A lot of great teams within the greater organization. Fun events and you learn a lot both within your team and other teams. A good place to network with some key SaaS people and learn from them. Lots of opportunities to make money in sales if you put in the time.

The President of the company is very cold. She seems to care more about her image in the market than her employees and those supporting GTM. This place would be much better with different key leader at the helm - that narrative exists outside of Confluent as well. Some pretty significant silos exist in the business.

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
