Great Culture from the SDR team. Very collaborative, exciting, great people and recognition. The Base/Commish structure is very enticing.

Hard product to sell - really takes 4-6months to ramp to a level of knowledge passible. Lack of transparency from leadership on a continual basis, and a clear lack of communication and alignment from Sales/CS to the product team.
