During my tenure, there was some serious misalignment in GTM versus Comp structure creating some serious headwinds for AEs. They have changed much of that in 2024 moving to a consumption centric model. Extremely long sales cycle. Arduous legal process (CSA, DPA, MSA)

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
