Remote first company, which is great for folks who want to work in tech but not live in any of the expensive hub states. The product is great and the company is growing fast. Internal company info is easy to find.

Svantaggi

Leadership (director level and above) on average are toxic and politics run rampant throughout leadership. Work/life balance is non-existent. People live to work, chemistry is hard to build on zoom calls, and going the extra mile is expected rather then encouraged. Company doesn't take work/life balance into consideration, taking away recharge days and in-office benefits.

Since the IBM acquisition, there has been uncertainty around the future structure and career path for SDRs. Communication could be more transparent regarding organizational changes, promotion opportunities, and long-term strategy for the SDR organization.
