Very good company to work for. I loved being a part of a true billing team.

Got fired due to everything being given to AI bots even my position itself.

Was great at first, was supported and encouraged but that changed dramatically after the first year.

Management doesn't address the issues/people that are not doing what they're supposed to be doing leaving it up to the employees to fend for themselves causing stress and burnout. Left feeling stranded on an island by yourself. Overworked, underpaid, poor work/life balance, very little support. The was East region, maybe other regions are better but East is not a place I'd recommend to anyone.
