It has been a slow decline over the last year. The ENTIRE executive board was replaced in less than a year, benefits have been slowly stripped away, offices closed, etc. This place went from normal corporate political stuff, to straight toxic from the top down. It is very clear that ELT and leadership could not care less about employees wellbeing and are solely interested in being able to show “numbers go up” to the board. Everything has been handled poorly including recent large layoffs. There is zero transparency, and no room for questioning anything. If you enjoy being disrespected, having unattainable quotas, and zero room for growth, then this is the job for you.
