Business collapsing - do not believe the "rocketship" BS story. Cconstant employees turnover and layoffs EMEA went from 15 AEs in 2016 to 3 right now. no new customer wins in months... read all the negative reviews, they're all 100% accurate - so many great companies around this isn't one of them.!

Thank you for your transparency. As a current employee, you understand the challenges of working at a start-up with high aspirations. With that being said, if you truly feel this way about the organization, I encourage you to talk to you local HR leader and your direct management team, as this may be a better communication outlet in order to improve your employee experience.

Great people across teams who genuinely care about their work and each other. Prior to the acquisition, the company had a strong sense of community, collaboration, and purpose. Many employees were highly skilled, supportive, and committed to doing meaningful work despite increasing uncertainty.

The handling of layoffs was deeply disappointing and lacking basic humanity. Employees were not given time to process, say goodbyes, or acknowledge what was happening. Communication was rushed, controlled, and intentionally vague. People were discouraged from speaking openly or sharing their experiences, creating a culture of fear and secrecy. Since the acquisition of PROS, transparency has been virtually nonexistent. Leadership repeatedly claimed they “didn’t know” what would happen, while it was clear decisions had already been made. Morale is the lowest it has ever been, trust in leadership is broken, and psychological safety no longer exists.
