Nice team members, current department is not micro managed. Interview was straightforward. HR is very responsive. Can move within company pretty easily and quickly. Remote work is great.

Crappy pay. They don’t want to pay what people are worth. They don’t want to pay for experience. Raises even for being a top team member isn’t enough to cover insurance increase. For being healthcare their insurance is very expensive and not great! You get the same “reward” for showing up everyday as the person who is never there.
