Dysfunctional and divisive mgmt. festering with egos, for causes where egos should be checked at the door, based on a progressive episcopal church perpetually undermined by a far right, non-progressive and homophobic congregational base desegregating (and taking its resources) from the entire church; as well, it should be mentioned its HR dept. is puppeteered by an umbrella HR entity maligned with weak accounting and an inability to protect its employees from a fundamentally poor grasp of tax and compensation laws.
