      - The residents are so friendly - Everyday is different, it depends on what the resident wants to do - I always have support when I don’t know how to do something - Same rotation (technically forever) so I know when I’ll be off months ahead - It taught me how to cook haha

      - Some residents are more easy going than others. It all depends on what kind of residents you’re dealing with - They will move you to another apartment without previous warning

      the company is very disorganized and did massive hiring even before any residents moved in, did not actively listen to staffs availability when hired, and in rotation added days
