Connect Search LLC Contract Employee Review - Unprofessional! - Recensione dipendente - Contractor presso Connect Search

I accepted a contract position through a recruiter from this company. After this the company sent a very unprofessional message to one of my coworker trying to poach them and referencing my job search details. I ended up not continuing with the contract. After letting them know the company called me to try and scold me for making a decision to not go further with the Contract and added a good dose of guilt for good measure. Every Employee has the right to not continue with a position for any reason and not receive this kind of unprofessional behavior. I will not work with this firm in the future.
