I cannot be more thankful for getting the opportunity to start my career with this firm! Working in Connect2India set a different standard altogether of how recruitment should be done in firms in order to absorb the best of talent and of the way work should be idealy done! The recruitment process is not only based purely on a person's caliber rather than merit, but also feels like an interactive session where both the candidate and the firm get to know each other! In addition to the open environment, I got recognition for what I did and was always made feel free to walk up to anybody (including the CEO, Mr. Pawan Gupta) for any concerns I had and to learn whatever I wanted to, which most firms do not approve of! Working here never felt like a 9 to 5 job, but a 24 hour session with mindful people and my own mind and brain to make myself and the firm better!

Employees have to have a good sense of humour and inter-personal skills to make bonds and be able to work here productively, and make the most of each day!

I found out that the Managers and Directors are very supportive and Guiding and you get to learn a lot of things under them. 4. All of company equipments and systems are at the disposal of employees without any boundations. 5. There is lot of scope for learning and growing in Export and Import Business, and one call learn all these in a short span of time. 6. The company follow an open policy hence any employee can contact any person for solving any queries. 7. The company uses BITRIX software for Sales and Services.
