Some companies really love to market themselves as 'open,' 'flat', and thus they have 'great culture'. And then there are those that realize it's about delivering these things day-in, day-out through professional interactions, and culture takes care of itself. ConnectAndSell is in the latter group. It fosters genuine teamwork, trust, and loyalty. The result is that I know I can call the CEO on his cell phone in the evening and he will take my call. That in turn fosters loyalty, trust, and intrinsic enthusiasm on my part. When the VP of Sales and Marketing says he is buying us tickets to the Rockies game (like he did yesterday) in the middle of the day, everyone actually wants to go. Work hard, play hard, no drama.

I had a sales manager once say that if one wanted complete predictability with no surprises, go work for a pickle factory because nothing much has changed in the world of making and selling pickles. If you want to work for a company in a dynamic space (such as ConnectAndSell is with the intersection of sales acceleration technology and Big Data), you need to be agile and have the ability to quickly embrace change

This certainly isn't a pickle factory as this employee points out! Rather it is a rocket ship with real growth going on, and a game changing, patented technology, that is being picked up by the best brands in the world such as ActOn, InfusionSoft, Marketo, IBM, Ring Central, and hundreds more. As the run on Sales Development Reps continues, the question companies are forced to answer is this, "Is it better to scale a team of AVERAGE SDRs who deliver 50 dials per day or completely accelerate sales with a team of highly productive SDRs who use ConnectAndSell to deliver 50+ conversations per day. We agree - 1 SDR at 50 conversations/day is the equivalent of 19 SDRs not using ConnectAndSell!
