upper management constantly changes procedures and rushes change but like a bad game launch the bugs arent ironed out but they rush even with bugs as sales orders need met. toxic management style of upper management struct on kpi of warehouse but the sales team is allowed to not even make 50% of their salss targets and no write ups for them.

I’ve been working here for about six months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Leadership, particularly the owner, has shown a lack of integrity in both communication and decision-making, which makes it difficult to trust the direction of the company. The work environment is extremely rigid, with expectations that employees operate more like robots than individuals. While the company claims to value employee voices, in practice, concerns and opinions are not genuinely heard or acted upon. This creates a frustrating environment where feedback feels meaningless. On top of that, I often felt like I was never truly part of a team, which made the experience even more isolating. It’s clear that profits are prioritized far above employee satisfaction and well-being, with little regard for morale. There also appears to be a lack of strong moral leadership guiding the company’s decisions. There is virtually no opportunity for growth. The role feels limiting and can quickly put you in a corner with no clear path forward or development. Despite my six months here, there has been no discussion of a pay increase or transition to a higher salary, which further reinforces the lack of investment in employees. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a workplace that values integrity, growth, or its people.
