Pay is horrible. No bonuses, no raises, no promotions, no room for growth. Absolutely ZERO accountability is taken by upper management. The only priority is getting as much money out of clients as possible. Issues are pushed under the rug, hushed with free services or refunds, or by terminating/"laying off" employees. You will be expected to do the job of 5 people without proper training. There is a SUPER high turnover of staff, people either being suddenly fired or straight up walking off the job because they're so fed up. Company HEAVILY relies on AI for everything. All content, campaigns, etc. are all AI generated and absolutely useless for generating results. All results that are "success stories" are amplified and presented as the norm, when in reality 60%+ of the SEO clients aren't ranked at all (which is the SOLE purpose of doing SEO). CRM runs "out of the box" campaigns that are entirely AI based and generate little to no results. CRM team constantly dealing with new campaigns that are not finished being marketed and advertised to clients in promotional material leaving the CRM team to scramble and figure out how to implement them. Bad reviews of the company are removed from Google and claimed as "fake" even though they are genuine complaints. All issues are swept under the rug and never acknowledged. More than anything else, this company over promises and under delivers, with the only goal being to rinse as much money as possible out of a client while they pay.
