It’s disappointing to see your experience with Connection was not favorable. Our selection process involves evaluating an incumbent’s skills relative to the essential job functions. As a result, favoritism has no place in our hiring process. There are a number of avenues employed to recognize individual contributors and teams for their contributions to the organization. We expect all employees exercise professional decorum regardless of their title. It is pragmatic for an employer to set realistic and viable performance expectations for their employees. Our compensation packages are evaluated routinely and account for the labor markets where Connection employs talent. As a result, we believe our total rewards strategy is sound.
